A graduate of West Coast University and Charles Drew University, Lam combines clinical expertise with compassionate, evidence-based care to support individuals navigating complex mental health challenges.
Before joining Hatch, Lam spent over ten years at College Hospital Cerritos, a leading psychiatric facility, where he developed a strong foundation in acute mental health care. There, he worked with patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depression, providing medication management, therapeutic group support, and crisis de-escalation. His collaborative approach alongside psychiatrists, case managers, and nursing teams helped ensure safety, consistency, and meaningful outcomes for every patient.
