About Us

Turning your vision for the future into reality, we create personalized experiences just for women, inspired by what matters most to you.

Rooted in Purpose, Built for Healing

Welcome to Hatch, where our primary mission is to support women on their path to recovery. With an established reputation for excellence and a commitment to women’s recovery in the sober living space, the idea for Hatch emerged when Mary and Tony, both deeply rooted in the behavioral healthcare field, saw an additional need for a structured, secure environment specifically for women. They envisioned a space where women could heal, grow, and unite around a shared goal.

To bring this vision to life, they reached out to trusted friends and colleagues in the field, and together, Hatch was born. After years of planning and countless conversations, Hatch opened its doors in August 2023, providing a safe, supportive space for women on their journey to recovery.

Evidence-Based Care for the Whole Person

Drawing on our expertise in the field of chemical dependency and mental health treatment, we employ evidence-based protocols that encompass a range of therapeutic modalities. This includes but is not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and holistic approaches. By integrating these modalities, we aim to provide a well-rounded treatment experience that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

In our practice, we are dedicated to treating clients as unique individuals and avoiding categorical classifications or assumptions. Our client-focused treatment approach respects their choices, concerns, individual needs, and treatment expectations. We understand that effective treatment involves empowering clients with the necessary tools to live fulfilling lives. We recognize that relapse and stagnation can be part of the recovery process and view them as opportunities for growth and learning.

Throughout treatment, we strive to provide professional, timely, effective, and individualized interventions. We value our clients’ potential and work diligently to help them recognize and harness that potential, fostering successful treatment and sustained recovery. By integrating mental health modalities and therapies into our comprehensive approach, we aim to empower our clients to achieve lasting well-being in all aspects of their lives.

At Hatch, we place great importance on meeting people where they are. We believe in this concept because it demonstrates genuine care, intentionality, and nurtures mutual relationships. We strive to go above and beyond because we truly care.

Constant learning

If we aren't constantly learning and adapting we aren't growing. At Hatch we see the importance of continuous learning, both professionally and in our personal lives - without continuous learning, changes aren't adopted, and innovations don't happen.

Do good things.

Why? Cause that’s the goal.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between PHP and IOP?

PHP is a more intensive program that typically involves full-day treatment, five days a week. It’s designed for women who need a higher level of care but don’t require inpatient treatment.

IOP is a step down from PHP, offering part-time treatment (often 3-4 days a week for a few hours each day). It provides flexibility for women balancing recovery with work, school, or family responsibilities.

Our program supports women dealing with a variety of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. We provide a safe space to address these challenges in a comprehensive, supportive environment.

Upon completion of the PHP or IOP, we offer continued care through outpatient services, ongoing therapy, support groups, and relapse prevention planning to ensure long-term recovery success.

Individual therapy allows you to go deeper into personal experiences—especially when working through trauma, mental health symptoms, or sensitive family dynamics. It’s a private space to build trust, reflect, and grow with focused support from your therapist.

Our PHP and IOP programs include a mix of individual therapy, group therapy, and evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Holistic approaches like mindfulness, yoga, and art therapy are also integrated.

We accept most major private insurance providers. We offer assistance with verifying benefits and coverage. Please contact us directly to discuss your insurance plan and any out-of-pocket costs.

You can get started by calling our admissions number for a confidential consultation. We will guide you through the pre-admission process, verify your insurance, and schedule an assessment to determine the most appropriate level of care for your needs.

The length of the program varies depending on each woman’s individual needs and progress. PHP typically lasts 4-6 weeks, while IOP may continue for several more weeks.
