At Hatch Behavioral Health, our purpose is simple: help women reclaim their lives from addiction through expert care, structure, and unwavering support. Located in Anaheim, California, we provide specialized outpatient rehab services and sober living housing designed exclusively for women. Every woman’s journey is unique, and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
Think of rehab as a structured schedule you join — a safe place where you come for several hours a day to focus on healing. You’ll attend group therapy sessions and recovery-focused activities alongside other women who understand what you’re going through. You’ll also meet regularly with an individual therapist, receive guidance from a case manager, and work with a psychiatric provider for any medication needs. Most programs run between two to six months, starting at the highest level of support and gradually transitioning to lower levels as you grow stronger. This step-down structure allows you to build a solid foundation for long-term recovery while creating meaningful connections with others on the same path.
At Hatch Behavioral Health, we know that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer a range of outpatient treatment programs designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re stepping into recovery for the first time or continuing your journey after inpatient care, our programs offer a supportive path forward. All of our care levels are designed for women and grounded in compassion, structure, and evidence-based support — with the flexibility to help you rebuild your life in real-time.
Each level of care provides a different intensity of support, ensuring you get exactly what you need at every stage of recovery. Below is a breakdown of our programs, all offered just minutes from home in sunny Anaheim, California.
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the highest level of care we offer. It’s ideal for women who need strong, structured support without entering an inpatient facility. In PHP, you’ll attend treatment five days a week for six hours a day. This level of care includes daily group therapy, weekly individual therapy, psychiatric care, and holistic programming such as mindfulness, art therapy, and trauma-informed education.
PHP at Hatch is often the first step after detox or inpatient treatment. It provides the stability and therapeutic depth needed to lay a strong foundation for long-term recovery — all while staying connected to your daily life and loved ones.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a step down in structure while continuing to provide comprehensive support. In IOP, most women attend three to five days per week for three hours per day. This level of care still includes group and individual therapy, psychiatric care, case management, and recovery-focused activities — just with more flexibility to accommodate work, school, or family responsibilities.
IOP is a great fit if you’re ready for more independence but still want consistent guidance and community. It keeps you anchored in your recovery while allowing space to rebuild your life outside of treatment.
Our Outpatient Program (OP) is designed for women who need continued support as they transition into life after intensive treatment. With just one to two days per week of programming, OP offers a flexible way to stay connected to your care team and recovery community.
Whether you’re navigating work, relationships, or early sobriety milestones, OP gives you the tools and space to maintain your progress. You’ll continue to access individual therapy, group sessions, and medication support, all while balancing your everyday responsibilities.
At Hatch Behavioral Health, we offer access to sober living homes that integrate seamlessly with our outpatient programs. These residences are warm, welcoming spaces designed to support healing from the inside out. Living in a community of women in recovery fosters accountability, connection, and encouragement. Whether you’re in PHP, IOP, or OP, sober living homes help you stay grounded, focused, and supported throughout every phase of your treatment. Located near our Anaheim center, they strike the ideal balance between independence and structure.
No matter which level of care you’re in — PHP, IOP, or OP — every woman at Hatch receives access to high-quality support and consistent, personalized care. Our wraparound services are designed to create a sense of safety, structure, and connection, helping you feel truly supported at every step.
A stable weekly routine that promotes structure, healing, and accountability in a supportive environment.
Our team is intentionally small so you receive focused, personalized attention from people who truly know your story.
Dedicated help with real-life needs like employment, education, legal concerns, and aftercare planning.
Need to talk to your therapist, doctor, or case manager? Our team is just a few steps or a quick call away — always.
We combine evidence-based therapies, peer support, and holistic healing so you’re cared for as a whole person — not just a diagnosis.
We accept most major insurance plans and can help verify your benefits quickly and confidentially. The cost of treatment depends on your level of care and insurance coverage, but many clients pay little to nothing out of pocket. Our admissions team is here to walk you through every step — including understanding your financial options. Don’t let cost keep you from getting the help you deserve.
If you’re wondering whether you need help, that’s already a powerful sign you’re ready. You don’t have to hit “rock bottom” to benefit from treatment. Whether you’re struggling with alcohol, pills, or other substances — or just feeling overwhelmed trying to manage it all — we’re here to support you. We’ll help you explore where you’re at and guide you toward a plan that feels right for your situation.
We’re a women-only community, which means everything we do is centered around safety, connection, and shared understanding. Our environment is warm, judgment-free, and empowering. Women come here from all walks of life — mothers, students, professionals — and find strength in each other. We focus on healing the whole person, not just stopping the substance. You’ll never feel like just a number here.
We understand that when you’re ready, you’re ready — and we’re here to meet that moment. Admissions are available every day of the week, and we can often schedule your initial assessment within one to two days of reaching out. From there, we frequently offer same-week admissions, and in some cases, even sooner. We’ll also assist with coordinating transportation, sober living housing, and scheduling so your transition into care is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
That’s okay. Recovery is not linear, and relapse doesn’t mean failure. Many of the women we serve have been through treatment before — sometimes more than once. What matters is that you’re still trying, and that you’re here now. At Hatch, we take a trauma-informed and individualized approach that helps address the deeper layers of healing. Your story isn’t over, and we’re here to help you write the next chapter.
